Responsibilities of the Graduate IT Support Engineer:

In this role, you’ll provide essential first-line support to colleagues across the Manchester and London offices while contributing to wider IT projects across several European locations.

  • Deliver first-line technical support, resolving IT issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Support users with laptops, smartphones, and Microsoft software.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries as part of a 70+ person IT team.
  • Gain exposure to international IT operations and knowledge-sharing projects.
  • Occasionally travel to company offices across the UK and Europe.

Requirements:

We’re looking for a proactive, curious graduate who enjoys solving problems and learning new technologies.

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping others.
