A not-for-profit organization in Haywards Heath is seeking a Head of Finance. This permanent role involves producing management accounts, supervising a finance team, and managing budgets and financial controls. The ideal candidate will be recently qualified in CIMA or ACCA, possess strong communication skills, and be adept with MS Office tools. Qualifications
- Recently qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word.
- Experience with integrated nominal and sales ledger systems.
Responsabilités
- Monthly production of management accounts and variance analysis.
- Assist with annual budget creation and reforecasts.
- Supervise 3 Finance assistants and manage their development.
- Oversee purchase ledger function and ensure internal controls.
