A growing FMCG company in central London is looking for a Head of Finance to lead financial management and reporting. The successful candidate will partner with the Finance Director, oversee accounting functions, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This is an ideal role for a qualified accountant with experience in financial planning, aiming to drive profitability in a dynamic environment.
GVA Search is proud to be partnering exclusively with a rapidly-growing, FMCG business in central London, who is looking to recruit a Head of Finance who will play an integral role in driving business performance. This is a critical role, reporting directly to the Finance Director with responsibility for all financial aspects of the day-to-day running of the company, including the timely and accurate delivery of the monthly management accounts board pack.
The successful candidate will provide appropriate narrative and advice, measuring individual departmental performances and implementing recommendations based on these findings. This role will proactively develop and improve the monthly metrics to check the company's financial health, as well as the implementation of necessary policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management and control, aligned with the company's objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with the ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have the desire to drive improvements and operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will be highly numerate with an eye for detail with a professional and collaborative approach to achieve set deadlines, with a 'roll up sleeves' to get the job done attitude.
