Qualifications

• At least 18 months of experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable.
• Proficient with Xero and familiar with its features.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, including VAT.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes in Xero.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payment runs.
• Respond to supplier queries and work with the finance team.
• Support month-end close process including accruals and reporting.
