A growing fintech company in Greater London is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager. The successful candidate will manage all external financial reporting and ensure compliance for UK and Cyprus entities. Key responsibilities include preparing statutory financial statements, leading audits, and supporting regulatory reporting. The ideal individual is a qualified accountant with extensive financial reporting experience and excellent communication skills. - Several years of financial reporting experience from audit or industry.
- Practical understanding of UK tax and compliance.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Aufgaben
- Manage external financial reporting and compliance for UK and Cyprus.
- Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP.
- Lead the external audit process and manage statutory filings.
- Support FP&A team with investor reporting.
