• Admin/Payroll Experience – Able to manage records and systems accurately
• A Good Telephone Manner – Professional and polite communication skills
• Fluent Spoken English – Clear and confident verbal communication
• A Friendly and Personable Approach – Warm, approachable, and people-focused
• Confidence – Comfortable speaking with clients and candidates alike
  
  

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support Our Consultants – Help match temporary workers to the right roles
• Candidate Selection – Assess and shortlist candidates based on client needs
• Stay Connected – Keep candidates engaged and well-informed
• Deliver Excellence – Provide a professional and supportive experience for all
  
  

Meet the Team

You’ll be joining a close-knit team of 11 colleagues in a friendly, supportive working atmosphere.

You’ll also work alongside our Industrial 3 team and our dedicated admin colleague, who will help ensure a smooth onboarding and a warm welcome into the team.
