An independent specialist day school in the UK seeks a Speech and Language Therapist. In this role, you will provide tailored assessments and interventions for students with diverse communication needs. Essential qualifications include a degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Salary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (DOE) plus £3,000 Welcome Bonus (one payment of £1,500 after completion of one month and one further payment of £1,500 upon completion of your final probation period). T&C's Apply

Hours: 37.5 hours per week 8:30am - 4:30pm
Contract: Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)

We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in‑house clinical team at Red Moor School. Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required. This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.
