The Senior IT Support Engineer will focus on escalated support cases but will also see plenty of opportunities to get involved in project work. This position will gain exposure to a wide range of technologies including networking (switching, VLANs, wireless), firewall and security solutions, virtualisation platforms, Windows Server and Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and enterprise storage systems (SAN/RAID).
