A maintenance service provider in Midsomer Norton seeks a Multi Trade Operative with skills in various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, and decorating. Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd are specialists in serving the social housing market. Our services consist of voids, planned works, larger repairs and occasional responsive repairs. Due to the high demand and expanse of the company we are looking for experienced Multi Traders.
- As a Multi Trader you will need to be confident in all trades such as basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, carpentry, kitchen & bathroom installs, painting and decorating.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external Clients and customers.
- Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
- Be smart in appearance as we are customer facing Business.
- Social housing background preferred but not essential.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of team.
- Full driving licence.
- We can offer PAYE or Self‑employed, salary's will be discussed upon application.
- Company van and fuel card issued to PAYE workers.
- Monday - Friday, 08am - 16:30pm.
- Weekend work optional.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
