A local government authority in Greater London is seeking a Director for Adult Services. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in adult safeguarding and manage significant budgets while promoting a diverse workforce. Applicants should have a strong background in social work and leadership experience in adult social care. This role offers the opportunity to drive integration between health and social care.
Our Client Tower Hamlets Council is looking for a senior Director within Adult Services to join the Service as soon as possible. The Director will be part of a strong and committed Directorate Leadership Team and will lead and be supported by a stable senior team.
Financial sustainability is a key challenge for Adult Social Care; the role will manage budgets and work to achieve savings targets while implementing key programmes around housing and technology‑enabled care.
