Job summary

A leading energy services provider in Wokingham is looking for a Lead Gas Engineer to join their Domestic Gas team. The successful candidate will support the Area Manager, lead the team in technical quality and safety, and provide technical support for engineers. A valid ACS gas qualification and a full UK driving license are required. Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Gas Engineer to join our growing Domestic Gas team. Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Area Manager to achieve excellent team performance
  • Lead the team in all aspects of technical quality and safety
  • Investigation and resolution of complaint jobs
  • Engineer auditing where required
  • Engineer coaching where required
  • Investigation reporting where required
  • Lead by example through excellent personal engineer performance
  • Providing technical support for engineers when required
  • Carry out task as set to you by Area Manager
  • Any other duties as set to you by other Managers or Directors
The successful candidate will have
  • Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
  • Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
  • Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
  • Experience delivering high levels of customer service
  • The ability to work with a diverse customer base
