Job summary
A prestigious hotel group in London is seeking Culinary Chefs on a casual basis to join their kitchens. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a high-profile flagship hotel, offering market-leading remuneration. Responsibilities include delivering quality food, participating in training, and maintaining kitchen standards. Qualifications
- Experience within a hotel or restaurant kitchen brigade is preferred.
- Some level of culinary certifications or apprenticeship is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality food with the best ingredients per menu guidelines.
- Participate in activities, training, and product awareness.
- Contribute to cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Provide service in line with Peninsula Service Principles.

- Offer service in line with the Peninsula Service Principles of which you will be trained.
- Knowledge of food and ingredients with a level of creativity.
- Experience within a hotel or restaurant kitchen brigade is preferred
- Some level of culinary certifications/qualifications or Apprenticeship.
- Ability to work under pressure.
