A hospitality company in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience. The role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to work well in a team. This is a flexible position, working varying shifts including nights and weekends, within an inclusive and supportive team environment.

As Food and Beverage Assistant you’ll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive, first class dining experience. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed whilst working agilely to support the rest of the wider business. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this role and you'll always work with Aimbridge’s four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.
