Position: Office Personal Assistant

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team. As a PA, you will support senior management and ensure the smooth running of the office. Your ability to manage schedules, communicate effectively, and handle a variety of tasks will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Managing Director and senior management
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as the point of contact between the office and external clients or stakeholders
  • Coordinate office activities and provide general office support (filing, data entry, ordering supplies, communication, administrative duties)
  • Help with organising company events and meetings
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and team members
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
