Role: Kitchen Porter
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Salary: up to £11.50 per hour
Hours: 20-35 hours a week on a zero hour contract, including weekends & bank holidays.

  • To control stock of all cleaning equipment and chemical products using a systematic approach
  • Control stock movement and ensure stock security
  • To actively promote correct usage of chemicals

  • To actively promote a attitude of Hygiene and methodical cleaning amongst all team members
Service/Product
  • To avoid chemical and water wastage by following Manufacturers guidelines and training
  • To keep kitchens in a clean and presentable manor at all times
  • Report any maintenance issues to the head chef immediately
  • To follow all cleaning schedules and routines
  • Use all Machinery as instructed by manufacturers guidelines
