A leading healthcare provider in York is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer. This role involves managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support in a busy environment. Candidates must have experience at Director level and advanced IT proficiency. If you're a talented Executive Assistant with a passion for making a difference in a busy and fast paced environment, this is an opportunity to join us. The Executive Team is responsible for the running of the hospital, and the Executive Assistant is a key position to support the Executives to deliver their duties on a day-to-day basis. The post holder will hold the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer within the Chief Executive’s Office to provide comprehensive and efficient secretarial and administrative support. This role interfaces on a regular basis with the Executive Team, senior managers and a wide variety of Trust staff and external organisations/individuals. Experience of complex diary management at Director or Senior level is essential and will be discussed in depth at interview stage.
