A children's residential care provider is seeking a Children's Home Manager in Barnsley to lead a new 6-bed home for children aged 8-17. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ management experience in a residential setting and Level 3 Children’s Residential Qualification. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £72,000 OTE, the opportunity to shape the home’s culture, and strong support from an experienced director.
