Job Title : AI Strategy Technical Lead

Location : Home (on-site once a month)

Pay rate : as per the market norms

Must have an MOD SC active clearance (we could also consider Home Office SC).

Job Description

We require a C4 / SM to support the delivery of an AI strategy within the client. The role will be working in an extended team to identify AI use cases across the client and support the assessment of the technical feasibility of these use cases. Understanding of AI, ML and Gen AI tools, such as GPT models and agentic AI frameworks.

Experience across

• Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language, advising leadership, product owners, and clients.
• Problem Solving: Act as an escalation point for complex issues, ensuring rapid resolution and informed decision-making.
• Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to ensure delivery of AI strategy outcomes.
• Innovation & R&D: a strong understanding of emerging trends, tools, and methods in AI; introduce innovations that add value to products, services, or client solutions.
