We cover Braintree, Halstead, Sudbury, Earls Colne, Marks Tey, Kelvedon & Coggeshall.

• Competitive Pay: £13.65 per hour and double for bank holidays.
• Mileage Compensation: 40p per mile.
• Minimum 1-Hour Visits: Ensuring enough time to support your client in a person-centred way
• Local Shifts: Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage.

• Providing companionship and organising days out with clients.
• Assisting with personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Running errands, including grocery shopping or prescription pickups.
• Supporting with medications and aiding mobility within homes.
• Handling household chores, such as cleaning and laundry.

Credentials Needed for Care Pros

• Be caring, warm-hearted and have a compassionate nature.
• Be perceptive and open to client need changes, responsive and intuitive.
• Be a great listener, observant, have a positive attitude and be passionate to help others.
• Be open to learn and gain new knowledge or grow existing skills.
• Be reliable, dependable, able to multitask, able to remain calm and keep a cool head.
• Have a full driving license & access to a vehicle so you can provide care to our clients in their own homes across our area.
• Have the Right To Work in the United Kingdom.
• Have a good grasp of the English language.
