A leading property management firm is seeking an experienced M&E Technical Compliance Lead for a home-based role with occasional travel. This position is crucial for driving high standards of compliance across mechanical and electrical systems and influencing best practices in building services. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of M&E or building services, an understanding of compliance in property management, and strong communication skills. Competitive salary of £60,000, annual bonus, and benefits including a car allowance and professional development opportunities are offered.
Location: Home Based, Anywhere in the UK (with occasional national travel)
We are delighted to be partnering with a market leading residential property operator to support the search for an M&E Technical Compliance Lead. This is a home-based role with occasional travel, to support operational needs across a National estate.
This position plays a key role in driving high standards of mechanical and electrical compliance across existing developments, ensuring they remain aligned with current and emerging legislation. It offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E professional who enjoys shaping compliance frameworks, supporting operational teams and influencing best practice across building services and property management.
