A healthcare service provider in Bridgwater is seeking a part-time Healthcare Assistant to support clinical teams and assist with patient care. Responsibilities include conducting health checks, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with point of care testing. Ideal candidates must possess NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and have previous HCA or Phlebotomy experience. The role offers a pay rate of £12.65 to £12.95 per hour, with flexible working patterns available.
North Petherton Surgery (near Bridgwater in Somerset) who are part of Symphony Healthcare Services and the North Sedgemoor Primary Care Network; are looking to recruit a permanent, part- timeHealthcare Assistant (HCA)to join their friendly and forward-thinking practice.
Working under the direct supervision of the Practice Nurse and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, the Healthcare Assistants / Phlebotomists will assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.
We have 16 vacant hours available and specific working patterns (days and times) will be agreed during the interview process.
Pay Rate: £12.65 to £12.95 per hour. Starting salary will be offered based on your previous experience in the role.
