Healthcare Assistant Lung Cancer Screening Programme – covering Surrey, Sussex and Frimley areas in the South East. Salary: £23,542.83 + £4,200 Car Allowance. Travel: Full UK Driving Licence required. Shifts: 12‑hour patterns, 3 days a week (8 am–8 pm), including weekends and bank holidays. • Welcome patients and guide them through their screening journey with empathy and professionalism.
• Support clinical colleagues in delivering high‑quality care in a fast‑paced, mobile environment.
• Assist with patient handovers between screening and CT scan locations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Help manage clinic flow, support scheduling, and respond to patient queries.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control.
• Contribute to a 7‑day service, including bank holidays, with occasional remote admin work.

• Experience in a patient or customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and patient management systems.
• A flexible, team‑oriented approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites.
