Overview

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistant/ Carers/Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to a 78 year old man in his home.

Location: Cornwall (TR19)

Salary: £15

Hours: Varying hours of 4 hrs

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and daily activities (e.g. dressing, feeding, mobility support).
  • Must be able to administer medication
  • Catheter management
  • Must be competent managing PEG feeding
  • Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs
  • Offer emotional support and reassurance as required
  • Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate and timely records
Requirements
