The main role of a SHE Manager is to ensure our sites keep up to date with current legislation and group policy and procedures and ensure this is effectively communicated. You will also look for new and innovative ways of working to improve Health, Safety and Environment performance and ensure compliance with statutory legislation.

You will comply with the duties and responsibilities set out in Group H,S&E policies, ensure compliance across the company, provide leadership and support to staff and supply chain on all such matters.

All accidents and incidents should be responded to within appropriate timescales ensuring that internal and statutory notifications are in place which provide sufficient detail to protect our business interests and give an accurate account of the root cause of the accident/incident along with details of corrective action.

Level 3 Qualification (NEBOSH / Construction certificate)
CSCS Card
FASET, Confined Spaces, Scaffold Inspection, Fire Marshal
IOSH affiliated member
Valid Driving licence
Maintaining good standards of HS&E on construction and housing projects.
Working on a wide range of construction methods and trades from groundwork's to internal fit-out and finishing trades.
Working with project team to develop innovative ways of working which improve HS&E standards.
Reviewing new products and standards and making recommendations for implementation.
