£18,664.20 (£31,107 FTE) Per Annum

Plymouth, Devon

Part-Time (22.5 Hours per week)

Are you passionate about creating safe, compliant environments? St Lukes Hospice is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to lead and support our commitment to safety for patients, staff, volunteers, and visitors.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and review health & safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct and advise on risk assessments and audits across clinical and non-clinical areas.
  • Deliver engaging Health and Safety training.
  • Investigate incidents and liaise with regulatory bodies.

What we’re looking for:
  • IOSH Diploma 1 or equivalent
  • Experience in health & safety advisory roles, ideally in healthcare or hospice settings.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
  • Skilled in training delivery and risk assessment.
