Job summary
A leading aerospace and defense company based in the UK is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team. In this role, you will conduct financial modelling and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the department. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with proficiency in financial modelling and strong financial analysis skills. - Qualified accountant with strong financial modelling skills in corporate finance.
- Experience in financial analysis and understanding statutory financial reporting is essential.
- Good understanding of HFM and VBM is preferred but not a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Carry out financial modelling for capital structure analysis.
- Prepare presentation materials for CFO and Board meetings.
- Partner with Group FP&A for forecasting support.
- Conduct credit rating agency model analysis.
- Monitor compliance with financial covenants.
- Produce customer credit ratings for IFRS9 requirements.
