CMA is partnering with a growing SME business based in Havant on an exclusive basis to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. What will the Finance Manager role involve?
- Production of management accounts on a monthly basis.
- Ownership of the payroll for the entire business, including weekly and monthly paid employees.
- Leading the annual budgeting process, including regular re-forecasts throughout the year.
- Line management of one direct report, including mentoring and coaching.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
- Previous experience in an SME environment is essential.
- Strong, varied finance skillset including production of management accounts.
- Experience in Construction, Distribution, Engineering, or similar industries would be beneficial.
- Excellent IT skills, including experience with Xero and/or Sage.
