Role Overview:
The purpose of the Accounting & Finance Manager Degree Apprenticeship is for individuals who aspire to manage and implement accounting and finance systems and processes that support decision-making aligned with organisational strategy. The programme emphasizes applying technical and technological knowledge to all aspects of accounting and finance, using problem-based and inquiry-led learning to develop relevant skills and behaviours.
As a degree apprentice in Reply's internal management reporting team, you will manage the complexities of a networked and growing organisation, reporting directly to the Head of Management Reporting. Your internal customers will be the managing directors of our Reply subsidiary companies. This flexible programme is suitable for those new to the accountancy sector or with existing experience seeking to upskill and advance their careers. You will gain industry-recognised qualifications alongside valuable real-world work experience. The three-year BSc Accounting & Finance Manager degree apprenticeship will be based at our London office and delivered via online learning in partnership with the University of Exeter. The start date is September 2025.
