• Proven experience as a Toolmaker in a manufacturing environment (ideally aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering).
• Strong manual machining skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings essential.

• Apprenticeship-trained or equivalent engineering qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and repair jigs, fixtures, and tools to tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Operate manual and CNC machines (milling, turning, grinding, etc.).
• Ensure tooling is maintained to aerospace quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams.
• Proactively identify improvements to tooling processes.
