Qualifications

• Proven background as a Field Service Engineer within the AV integration industry.
• Strong understanding of control systems and audio DSP troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Crestron, Q-Sys, Extron, Shure, and MTR technologies.
• Ability to work independently and plan your day effectively.
• Confident communicator with a strong customer focus.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of AV and control systems.
• Support and maintain Crestron, Q-Sys, Extron, Shure, and Microsoft Teams Rooms environments.
• Document service visits and communicate with internal teams.
