Removals Sales Surveyor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Removals Sales Surveyor to work for our established Removals client, offering packing, removals, and storage services in Edinburgh.
As a Removals Sales Surveyor, you will survey customers' premises when required, monitor admin sales leads, and cost them for submission back to customers. You will work with existing trade colleagues and develop new trade connections to achieve new sales within the UK, working alongside the Operations Team.
Main roles and duties include:
- Carrying out surveys at customers' premises to quantify removal requirements.
- Recording all job specifications on the computer system.
- COSTING jobs and sending out quotations promptly.
- Monitoring sales leads through the admin email and costing jobs for submission back to customers by admin staff.
- Maintaining and developing trade removal work through existing connections and seeking new trade opportunities.
- Providing creative input into sales pricing structures, special offers, and upsells.
- Covering absences in the Office sales team as needed.
- Assisting the operations department in the efficient operation of the company's vehicles.
We are keen to speak with experienced professionals from a sales-driven background. You should have experience in Removals/Relocations, excellent communication skills, be well-presented, and possess high energy and enthusiasm.
In return, the Removals Sales Surveyor will be offered up to £33,000, depending on experience.
