We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to help customers build, launch, and grow with Webflow by providing technical guidance, best practices, and solutions that demonstrate a deep understanding of customers’ business needs, technical needs, Webflow’s product, and trends in the industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to uncover and unblock opportunities that allow customers to maximize their business value from Webflow, driving product and feature adoption and influencing product direction on their behalf.

With your technical expertise and industry knowledge you'll be able to help customers build with best practices in mind ensuring they'll build in a scalable manner and be able to grow in Webflow for years to come.

• The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

  • Zone A: £90,300 - £118,800
  • Zone B: £85,700 - £112,800

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you’ll …

• Partner with Sales and Custom Success to onboard and grow enterprise customers
• Translate business needs into scalable Webflow solutions and implementation plans
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, integrations, and best practices
• Build reusable templates and artifacts to support adoption at scale
• Uncover and unblock customer opportunities through consultative support
• Surface product feedback and influence roadmap through Voice of Customer insights
• Enable internal teams with repeatable assets and technical resources
• Stay up to date on Webflow capabilities, web standards, and emerging trends

You’ll thrive as a Senior Solutions Architect if you:

• Have 3–5 years of enterprise Webflow experience, building scalable, performant sites
• Understand Webflow’s CMS, hosting, extensibility, and how to translate customer needs into modular builds
• Are fluent inGerman orFrenchwith advanced proficiency in both spoken and written communications; Italian or Spanish is also preferred
• Have led post-sales onboarding, implementation, and adoption efforts across diverse customer teams
• Are comfortable developing launch plans, resolving blockers, and collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, and Product
• Understand modern web practices including UX/UI, SEO, CRO, accessibility, and security
• Can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
