A leading logistics firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a diligent individual for a manual labor position focused on cleaning and maintenance. The role requires compliance with health and safety rules, wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment, and possibly moving items using a forklift. The candidate must work independently, follow instructions, and assist in various duties as needed. This position is essential for maintaining a safe and clean environment on-site.
Responsabilités
- Keeping to Health and Safety rules and complying with safe working practices at all times.
- Wearing Personal Protective Equipment and Clothing in line with company policy.
- Conveyor belt picking.
- Removing blockages from machinery as and when required.
- Keeping areas clean and free from any hazards where and when instructed.
- The shoveling and cleaning of all waste materials and dirt.
- Moving items with a Forklift as requested (must be suitably qualified).
