Job Description

Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistics and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Cullompton site.

Key Responsibilities

• Use of Counterbalance forklift truck to support warehouse operations.
• Operate warehouse systems to accurately receive, locate, pick, and dispatch goods, playing a key role in ensuring customers receive the right products on time. The role also involves unloading and reloading trunk and rigid box vehicles.
• Handle all goods with care and precision, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the process.
• Replenish stock and consolidate inventory to keep our warehouse organised and ready for demand.
• Support general warehouse tasks, including pallet wrapping, labelling, and preparing goods for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is used responsibly and kept in good working order.
• Complete essential paperwork and follow warehouse procedures, reporting any issues or defects promptly to help us continuously improve.

Required Experience

• Counterbalance forklift licence is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
• Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment.
• Good communication and team working skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work within a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
