Job Overview

G R Employment Ltd is looking for a qualified Counterbalance Forklift Driver. This position is for an immediate start in the Wellingborough NN9 5DB area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading companies in dried fruits, nuts, and seeds. The company has been manufacturing for over 100 years here in the UK and providing healthy, nutritious snacks.

Shift Availability

Monday to Friday: 7 AM to 3 PM (with one weekend of Saturday and Sunday shifts every 5 weeks, on a rota basis)

Compensation

Hourly Rate: £12.89 per hour
Overtime Rate: £19.33 per hour (After 40 hours)

Job Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities include operating a forklift and picking, loading, and unloading vehicles. You will be using a truck with an RF scanner to pick up and transfer stock to its designated product location. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing general warehouse tasks. It is essential to have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Most importantly, you should be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Qualifications
