Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in the hospitality sector is seeking a Quality Manager in London to oversee quality standards and ensure compliance with legislation. The successful candidate will manage the quality system, set product specifications, and lead processes to deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality products. A food science qualification and clear experience in food technical roles are required. This role offers a dynamic environment focused on quality and safety.

We’re after a Quality Manager who can own the detail and the standards.This isn’t about ticking boxes – it’s about making sure everything that leaves the site is safe, consistent, and high quality.You’ll be trusted with managing the quality system, leading processes, and supporting product development, while keeping an eye on compliance, suppliers, and operational performance.
- Keeping the quality management system sharp and audit-ready
- Setting product and process specs that actually mean something
- Bringing food tech expertise into new product development
- Holding accreditations to the highest standard
- Tracking customer feedback and turning insights into action
- Being the go-to expert on food safety, legislation and technical standards
- Auditing, inspecting and challenging where needed
- Making sure suppliers are solid, certified and compliant
- Spotting risks early and stopping problems before they start
- Clear experience in food technical or quality roles – non-negotiable
- Food science qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Internal auditor + HACCP qualified
- Strong knowledge of UK food legislation
- Confident communicator who can influence without fuss
- Comfortable leading people and managing processes
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to commute to the West London site
