A reputable food production company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Production Shift Operator to oversee the operation of flour mills in a 24/7 environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the quality of flour production, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and assisting with maintenance activities. Qualifications
- Experience in food production or a similar environment is preferred.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and allergens is essential.
- Ability to work at height and in confined spaces.
Responsibilities
- Operate flour mills in a 24/7 environment.
- Monitor and adjust flour processing equipment.
- Maintain quality flour production within specifications.
- Support maintenance department with required activities.
- Complete production and safety reports.
