Essential qualifications include electrical engineering credentials and experience in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency while collaborating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

  • Essential skills in electrical engineering required, with a focus on maintenance.
  • Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Must be competent with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance for equipment reliability.
  • Support the installation of new machinery and integrate it into operations.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance production efficiency.
  • Manage safety documentation and compliance with food safety standards.

Skills

Electrically qualified – City & Guilds / BTEC Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
Proven experience in maintenance engineering within food manufacturing
Experience with PLC systems and control equipment
Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
Competent with Microsoft Office applications
