Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance in a food manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with accredited quality standards like BRCGS, ISO9001, ISO22000.
• Good knowledge of factory processes and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sampling schedules and ensure compliance with product safety.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Mix and control solutions for testing and generate Certificates of Analysis.
• Perform shelf-life testing and maintain laboratory equipment.
