- Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on food processing and packaging machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve faults, including work involving PLC systems.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
- Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities to maintain operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing environment and be electrically biased, holding a recognised qualification in electrical or multi-skilled engineering, along with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- BTEC/ONC in Electrical or Multi-skilled Engineering.
- City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 Electro-Technical certification with NVQ Level 3 Electrical Maintenance.
- Time-served apprenticeship or HNC-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
