Responsibilities
- Assess and strip down products in line with internal work instructions.
- Follow defence-sector specific requirements including component traceability.
- Evaluate components to determine fitness for purpose.
- Record additional Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements.
- Rebuild and test products to specification.
- Report faults and follow guidance from the Workshop Supervisor.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Adhere to health & safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Accurately record job activities daily.
Skills
- Assess and strip down products in line with internal work instructions.
- Follow all defence-sector specific requirements, including component traceability and detailed strip & survey reporting.
- Evaluate components to determine fitness for purpose.
- Record additional Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements and maintain accurate job documentation.
- Rebuild and test products to original equipment or military specification.
- Report faults and follow guidance from the Workshop Supervisor.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship while working efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to health & safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Accurately record job activities daily using the internal ERP system.
