About the Role

As a Composite Fitter, you will play a key role in producing precision‑engineered composite assemblies that meet exacting quality standards. Working from engineering drawings and work instructions, you'll carry out fitting, shaping, trimming, bonding and assembly of a wide range of components.

You will :

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Trim, shape and fit composite parts using hand and power tools.
• Bond composite components using adhesives, resins and specialist materials.
• Assemble parts in the correct sequence to ensure alignment, fit and finish.
• Conduct visual inspections and identify defects or deviations.
• Follow established quality procedures and health & safety standards.
• Work closely with the Fitting Team Lead and Engineering teams to resolve challenges and support continuous improvement.
