The role involves producing high-performance components for Motorsport, Automotive, and Aerospace industries. Candidates should be confident in trimming, fitting, bonding, and assembling composite parts while interpreting engineering drawings. Qualificações
- Experience in trimming, fitting, bonding, and assembly of composite parts.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Ability to follow quality procedures and health & safety standards.

As a Composite Fitter, you will play a key role in producing precision‑engineered composite assemblies that meet exacting quality standards. Working from engineering drawings and work instructions, you'll carry out fitting, shaping, trimming, bonding and assembly of a wide range of components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.
- Trim, shape and fit composite parts using hand and power tools.
- Bond composite components using adhesives, resins and specialist materials.
- Assemble parts in the correct sequence to ensure alignment, fit and finish.
- Conduct visual inspections and identify defects or deviations.
- Follow established quality procedures and health & safety standards.
- Work closely with the Fitting Team Lead and Engineering teams to resolve challenges and support continuous improvement.
