Position: Permanent, Full‑time, Saturday & Sunday 9am‑5pm

- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home

- Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties (maintaining paperwork and filing)
- Deal with enquiries timely and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed
• Experience as a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills, friendly manner both face to face and over the phone.
• Approachable, organised, able to build strong relationships with residents, families and internal teams.
• Dedicated, efficient, able to handle a varied workload, with a caring attitude.
