Receptionist (Weekend)

Pebble Mill Care Home, 2 Mill Pool Way, Birmingham B5 7EG

Pay: £12.25 - £13.25 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Position: Permanent, Full‑time, Saturday & Sunday 9am‑5pm

Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
  • Manage new enquiries
  • Provide advice and support both face to face and over the phone
  • Conduct show‑arounds within the care home
  • Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties (maintaining paperwork and filing)
  • Deal with enquiries timely and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed
Key Skills / Qualifications

• Experience as a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills, friendly manner both face to face and over the phone.
• Approachable, organised, able to build strong relationships with residents, families and internal teams.
• Dedicated, efficient, able to handle a varied workload, with a caring attitude.
