A leading financial services company is seeking a Business Change Manager for a critical IT Service Continuity role. This position focuses on embedding continuity practices, training staff, and driving stakeholder engagement. The contract offers a competitive rate of £700-730 per day for a duration of 4 months, with strong prospects for extension. This is a hybrid role based in London, suitable for someone with experience in change management and IT service resilience.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of IT Service Continuity Management processes.
- Proven experience in business change management within large organizations.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Responsabilités
- Lead the implementation of IT Service Continuity Management processes.
- Design and deliver training programs for continuity and recovery.
- Monitor adoption progress and report on outcomes.
