Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate outbound deliveries across a fleet of vehicles operating nationwide
• Liaise with customers to understand and fulfil transport requirements
• Use logistics software to manage and update transport schedules
• Monitor performance and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery execution
• Collaborate with drivers and warehousing staff to resolve logistical challenges

What Experience is Required

• Previous experience in a transport planning or logistics coordination role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Proficiency with routing tools (e.g., Google Maps) and Microsoft Excel
