Permanent, Competitive Salary – dependent on experience

AQ Wiring Systems Rockford is looking for a proactive and hands‑on Finance Manager to lead financial control, reporting and business partnering across our three UK manufacturing sites. This is a key leadership position in a growing global industrial group, offering the opportunity to shape the finance function and drive operational impact. This role offers involvement in operational improvement and strategic decision‑making with a supportive and collaborative leadership team and influence over profitability, efficiency and financial strategy, and career growth within a global manufacturing group.

Hours

Full time available however flexibility can be agreed for slightly less hours if preferred.

07.45am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
07.45am – 12.45pm Friday (1 Friday off every 4 weeks!)
