• Oversee all company accounts and investments.
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify financial performance and forecast.
• Monitor the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
• Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• Relevant academic qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in a financial management role within the energy and natural resources sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
