AsFinancial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team—particularly the CEO—by ensuring robust financial governance, driving process improvements, and providing insight to guide strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of month-end and year-end financial close

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to senior leadership

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

• Manage the audit process, liaising with external auditors

• Maintain and develop scalable financial systems and processes

• Support commercial decision-making with financial insights and modelling

• Drive process efficiencies and support business-wide financial strategy

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
